Burgertology Mobile Terms of Service

Program Description

Burgertology sends promotional SMS messages to customers who have opted in. Messages may include weekly location schedules, special burger offers, order updates, and event notifications.

Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on our truck’s schedule and events.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out (Stop)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
